I am not surprised tht this movie has become a Christmas classic. Will Ferrel is wonderfully committed to the role and is totally believable in his innocence and goodness and “elfness”. There are many funny and sweet and heartfelt moments . What more can one ask? It’s a movie that lifts the spirits ( Christmas and otherwise).
