 In spite of the fact that the Swedish cretins, in their boundless idiocy, had changed Batman to something as absurd as “Laderlappen,” which roughly translates to “patch of leather,” Batman was one of the heroes that I looked up to when I was a youngster.

Consequently, I was overjoyed when Christopher Nolan delivered us Batman Begins and avoided turning the prior Batman movies (with the exception of the first one) into absurd comic shows. This was a significant departure from the previous Batman films. Unfortunately, I have to say that I was just as dissatisfied with this one.
