This is one of my favorite Nicholas Cage movies. It is heartwarming and uplifting and although you have to suspend disbelief, it IS after all a Christmas movie and so why not? Tea Leona is luminous, Cage is endearing and funny, and you get to care about them both. The little girl is adorable and Don Cheadle is pitch perfect. It’s a wonderful fantasy, and leaves you feeling very happy.
