Synopsis

Marty and Doc are at it again in this wacky sequel to the 1985 blockbuster as the time-traveling duo head to 2015 to nip some McFly family woes in the bud. In a last-ditch attempt to set things straight, Marty finds himself bound for 1955 and face to face with his teenage parents — again.

The 1989 follow up to Robert Zemeckis's famous original, "Back to the Future Part II," is an exciting ride that takes the series to a higher level with its creative writing and study of time travel. The movie picks up where the last one left off and is an exciting mix of memories, visions of the future, and smart story turns.

The movie's bold use of time travel is one of its best parts. The movie plays with time in a fun and confusing way by taking viewers to both the future and a different 1985. The idea that Doc Brown and Marty McFly are going back to the past to change the future makes things more complicated, but it also keeps the story interesting and full of shocks.

Christopher Lloyd and Michael J. Fox play their parts again with ease and energy. Fox's performance as Marty McFly is the right mix of careless youth and serious drive, while Lloyd's Doc Brown is still a strange but likeable doctor. One of the best things about the movie is still how the two stars interact with each other.
